This role works with the maintenance team and coordinates preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment across the facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on person with strong technical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. --- Key Responsibilities: · Leadership & Supervision: o Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, custodians, and external contractors. o Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. o Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to maintenance staff. Facility Maintenance: Perform repairs, preventative maintenance and replacement of building components including but not limited to: · Building Furnishings (Door handles, Hinges, and closer, curtain wall glass and gaskets, ceiling tile, cove base, mini-blinds, floor and wall coverings · Plumbing (Restroom fixtures, unstop drains) · Electrical (lights and lighting ballasts, wall receptacles, switches, circuit breakers, mechanical parts such as fuses and starters, magnetic starters, controls components, emergency generator, emergency power distribution) · A/C Controls (thermostats, cold deck sensors and/ or controllers · Take the initiative on problems and special needs of the property or tenants.
