Airbnb style room available in 3br until long term people arrive in 3 weeks. $420/week (prorated to $60/night for partial weeks). Less than a week: $75 weekdays. $90/weekends. Couples OK for another $10/night. This lovely room has a balcony that overlooks the backyard. There is a queen bed, a decorative slate fireplace, a medium sized closet with a narrow dresser and one of those desk/shelf combos. The room is located in a 3br apartment on the second floor of a Bushwick townhouse where I live. Guests have access to a large kitchenette with a full fridge, plenty of cabinet space, an induction hotpot that can boil water in 20 seconds, a large toaster oven with french doors capable of cooking two pizzas or a whole chicken and a small, mobile island. The bathroom was recently updated and has a tub shower combo. The living room has a smart TV with cable. You can also hang out in the front courtyard under the pergola. Located in the residential part of Bushwick. There is a deli and a laundromat across the street. The J Halsey stop is about 6 minutes on foot away and the L Halsey is about 15 minutes away. There is also a Citibike dock across the street. All utilities included as well as toilet paper/paper towels/dish soap. ID required 1 day deposit for daily (returned as long as you leave before noon and don't smoke cigarettes in the room). 1 week deposit for weekly.
