The role includes the following: Design and implement the DevOps environment in support of the BIMQuote Application Platform, including the server application as well as test and verify the supporting services. Develop, along with the rest of the small team, the BIMQuote server application, the associated test code, and verify that it meets the design criteria. Participate in code reviews with the other team members to continue to improve the way we design and implement our coding practices. As the business needs require, extending the BIMQuote application to include third-party partner organizations for interoperability purposes, including but not limited to: (partial or complete) inventory catalogs download and sync, local inventory and pricing information, quotes, purchase order, invoice, credits/returns and payment information. Partner organization order delivery tracking and status. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar discipline. 7+ years of relevant work experience software development with at least 3 years of enterprise application development experience. Successful design, deployment and ongoing operation of a DevOps CI/CD production environment of at least one enterprise-class application. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes container and scaling solutions.
