What the Job Looks Like: • Lead and perform skilled carpentry work on residential projects from framing to finish. • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in execution. • Work alongside and direct crew members and subcontractors on-site. • Ensure job site safety, quality workmanship, and adherence to schedule. • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues as they arise.
