OUR SERVICES: Our core competencies and primary specializations include: Sewer & Water Utilities: Installation and repair of Sewer Main, Sewer Service, Water Main, Water Service, and Water & Sewer Taps. Stormwater Management: Installation of Storm Sewer Pipeline and comprehensive Storm Water Management solutions. Earthwork & Site Development: All aspects of earthwork, site development, and demolition services. Residential Focus: A significant portion of our business is dedicated to residential sewer installation, repair, and replacement. Commercial Civil Construction - Offer Land Development , earthmoving , Grading & earthwork Services for Commercial sectors of Construction. SERVICE AREAS & WORK LOCATIONS: Our operations are generally concentrated within Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties. While most projects are located within a 30-minute radius of the city of Detroit, project locations may occasionally extend beyond these primary counties. We do, though rarely, undertake projects in Ohio and other neighboring states. All applicants must be willing to travel to these locations should projects be secured in those areas. Positions Available & Candidate Profile We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and skilled trades professionals to join our expanding team, specifically in the roles of Heavy Equipment Operators and General Laborers/Pipelayers. GENRAL REQUIREMENTS: Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of construction experience, preferably within the excavation, utility, or site work industries. We recognize that the right attitude and aptitude are critical. We are prepared to train qualified individuals who possess the essential qualities we seek, including leadership skills and a strong work ethic. This opportunity is also ideal for those with knowledge of the construction trades or those seeking a career shift from another skilled trades profession. HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS: We are hiring for one full-time Heavy Equipment Operator position. This role demands active, engaged professionals who view their position as more than simply keeping a machine running for eight hours. Core Expectations: Experience & Knowledge: A minimum of three years of active experience is required. Candidates must be proficient in reading and interpreting Grade Prints, Site Plans, and Civil Drawings. Skill Proficiency: Must be able to dig efficiently and safely on a pipe crew, excavate foundations, install large-diameter pipe, and perform other related tasks. Teamwork & Versatility: We operate as a team. While operators are not hired to perform laborer duties or install pipe, we are seeking well-rounded professionals who understand the full project process, can demonstrate leadership, mentor younger teammates, and work cohesively as a unit. Operators are expected to occasionally assist outside of the machine with general, non-laborious tasks. Equipment Maintenance: Operators are responsible for the daily maintenance of their equipment, including standard safety checks, fluid checks, and greasing. Respect for company equipment is paramount. Logistics: Must possess a valid Driver's License and vehicle or otherwise be able to mobilize to independent job sites daily. Must be willing to work long shifts. Core Expectations Scope of Work: Applicants for either position must be prepared to be taught and expected to perform other skilled trade duties at times, all involving dirt work. This may include, but is not limited to, foundations, concrete flatwork, formwork, and layout. You must be willing to perform work outside of the typical job description, encompassing various site work and infrastructure projects. Commitment: We seek reliable team players who arrive daily with a positive attitude, ready to work. We have our own fully equipped cabinet shop where we make custom cabinetry for our clients. Responsibilities: This role will work under the direction of shop staff – cabinet makers and Shop Lead. Primary duties include all basic elements of cabinet making plus fit and assemble face frames, fit doors and drawer fronts, install specialty runners and pin hinges, install cabinets on-site, build solid wood tops, corbels and brackets, build basic furniture. This role also oversees cabinet maker 3s for quality, can be the point person on small cabinet projects, and may create parts and cut lists and execute through completion. General field carpentry is also possible. Ability to train others is preferred. We seek: A candidate that has had 5 years of cabinet making under their belt.
