Maintenance Tech for a well respected property management company specializing in single family homes. $30-33 per hour + job bonus. Gregory Property Management is a residential property management company in Bothell, Canyon Park. We manage and maintain single family homes and individual condominiums. The homes we manage are located in Bothell, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Woodinville, Mill Creek. Our office is located in Bothell, Canyon Park. The ideal person would be an experienced Handyman with full exposure to residential maintenance and repairs. Typical duties: · Meet at the office every morning where you will discuss the days work with the Maintenance Supervisor, complete work orders from the day before. Discuss work schedule for the day. Get in your company van and start the day. · Maintenance Technician duties: light electrical, install light fixtures, switches. Light plumbing, replace faucet, garbage disposal, water supply valves, toilet valves. Exterior work, deck repairs, fence repairs, pressure washing. Repairing closet doors, new caulking, installing blinds, Occasional light landscape work, tree & bush pruning, garden cleanup. Dump runs. Pressure washing. Requirements · Clean driving record. · Being organized is a big part of the job.
