Ideal for here would be "ONE" tidy, pleasant, law-abiding person with some income; non-smoker (any kind); non-drinker; no drugs; no pets / animals; minimalist; physically fit; responsible for and enjoys tending large number of chickens (will teach); self-motivated and good at making improvements around property; easy going (no hot-heads); and very reliable. In exchange for low rent of 27ft travel trailer living (1bdrm/1bath; like a studio), and flock tending mornings, evenings and some afternoons, with coop cleaning or other chores as needed. It's work!
