We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Part-Time Childcare Worker to join our team in El Cajon. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with children and committed to ensuring their safety and well-being. Hours range from Monday-Friday 8:30-12:00pm some afternoons must be flexible. Example 2:00-4:30/5pm. Pay will increase with showing dependability and dedication. *Key Responsibilities: ** - Supervise and engage with children in a variety of activities. - Ensure a safe and nurturing environment. - Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and educational activities. - Communicate effectively with parents and team members. - Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area. - No calling in for the first month must be dedicated to hours. **Qualifications: ** - Must have or be willing to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card or Already have Fingerprint Cleared through Childcare Licensing. - Must have Highschool Diploma - Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Must be able to commute to El Cajon for work.
