Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educational Assistant to join our team in supporting secondary students. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to facilitate student learning, assist with classroom management, and provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in planning and implementing educational activities and programs. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, including those with special needs. Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment. Support students in developing essential skills, including social, emotional, and academic competencies. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support student success. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: High school diploma required; additional education or certification in education or related field preferred. Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is an asset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
