Receptionist / Optical Assistant // No Experience Necessary (Bellevue, Woodinville and Bothell)

We are an Optical Clinic on the Eastside looking for some reliable, friendly, and smart individuals who are wanting to join our great team!! We are currently hiring for one position in Bellevue and one position for our Bothell and Woodinville office. REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION: -Our practices are open Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, (Possibility of some Saturdays in December) -High School Diploma is required. -College degree or college courses taken is preferred but not required. This position is ON SITE ONLY, remote work not available. JOB DUTIES (including but not limited to): -Answering Phones -Scheduling Appointments -Filing and organizing -Greeting patients -Medical pretesting -Inventory Management -Sales and ordering -Assisting patients with frame and lens selections -Light cleaning WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON FOR ALL ASPECTS OF THIS POSITION. Retail, Office, Optical and/or Medical Office Experience is Preferred, but not necessary.
