Job Description As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents and their properties. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring: Patrol the community regularly to ensure the safety of residents and guests. Incident Response: Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and report them to the appropriate authorities. Surveillance: Utilize security cameras and other technology to monitor activities and deter potential threats. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to residents and guests, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a professional manner. Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in security Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. For this position, we are seeking a self-starter who enjoys leading/supervising others and excels in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative; and have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance, building maintenance, or similar experience plus specific knowledge of building systems and the ability to work independently. A Maintenance Lead's primary role is to manage site maintenance and other maintenance and housekeeping staff, and to support the Community Manager by ensuring site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain excellent curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property.
