Inside Sales Rep - B2B (Mesa)
ABOUT US:

- At present, we are exclusively seeking a candidate for a full-time position.
- As a small business, we have an average team size of 6 employees, with 3 of us having been with the company for over 5 years.
- Located off Hwy 60 and Alma School Road in Mesa.

ABOUT THIS POSITION:
- We are in search of individuals who possess a confident and strong voice, maintain a positive attitude, and are open to receiving guidance and coaching. If you have a soft-spoken demeanor and excessively prioritize customer service, this position may not align with your strengths.
- Your primary responsibility will involve proactive outreach.
- Your role will revolve around acquiring support from businesses for the law enforcement and veteran community through advertising opportunities and sponsorships.
- You will be responsible for building a customer base, ensuring account retention, managing collections, and generating leads.
OUR COMPENSATION STRUCTURE AND EARNING POTENTIAL:
- We offer paid training, starting at a rate of $16 per hour.
- The starting pay for this role is $18 per hour after training, with a performance review scheduled after 30 days.
- In addition to your hourly rate, there are opportunities to earn commissions, monthly bonuses, and spiffs.
- We provide weekly pay and offer the convenience of ADP Direct Deposit.
WE PROVIDE:
- A favorable schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, with Fridays off at 12 pm.
- Paid hourly breaks and a 30-minute lunch break.
- A pleasant work environment with TVs and music in our break room and sales floor, as well as ample natural light from our office windows.
- You will have your own spacious desk with drawers, a comfortable office chair, and ample room for stretching.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Punctuality is crucial, and we expect you to work diligently every day. Additionally, you should be open to coaching and bring a positive attitude that inspires others.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong voice, and effective communication are essential for this role.
- You should possess the desire and ability to learn and find enjoyment in your work!
