Shop Foreman / Lead Mechanics Needed (Tempe)

Opportunity Awaits - Our Lead Master Mechanic is retiring after over 12+ years with us and we are looking for a Working Shop lead Foreman to come in and be a part of our family! Well rounded mechanics who can perform PM's, Light Diesel, Gas, Welding, and are hungry to learn on different types of equipment. We are a specialized Construction Services company with our location in Tempe. We have a wide range of equipment from heavy diesel trucks to tractors down to Ford 150's. Looking for someone who has an ability to fix items, not just throw parts at it. Has a understanding on how to diagnose and repair. We are a busy yet fun place to work, our shop runs M-F Sunrise to approximately 8PM and Sat 12-1. Currently there are two time/shift schedules. Hiring the right individual ASAP.
