Living in Queens/Manhattan/Boston/Brooklyn 2. Active thinking, dare to try, and full of passion 3. Good at communication, able to liaise with merchants for business negotiations 4. Possessing good insight into the market and consumers 5. Able to intern for 2-3 months, on-site, 20 hours per week 6. CPT+OPT international student-friendly 7. Job Title: HVAC Technician Job Summary Innova Heating and Cooling is a small family owned HVAC company operating in the greater Portland area and Vancouver, WA. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This position requires strong diagnostic skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Focus on repairing and maintaining HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform the necessary repairs. Manage and handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and service activities, including time spent and parts used.
