What You'll Do Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Conduct door-to-door community outreach to engage with homeowners by offering free, no obligation lawn care quotes. Meet or exceed goals of 50 leads a week that convert to at least 3 sales per week. Work independently while contributing to a competitive and collaborative team environment. Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge. Educate homeowners on eco-friendly lawn care practices and integrated pest management. This role is a direct path to a promotion! Top performers have the chance to join our lawn care production team in the Spring of 2026. What We're Looking For: A professional appearance and demeanor. Reliable transportation to get to and from work. Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic. Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, friendly approach. The ability to work 40+ hours per week in various weather conditions. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Starting at $19.00 per hour.
