Outstanding Educational Institution seeks candidate to lead and execute the enrollment and established Marketing strategy. The role involves many responsibilities related to student enrollment, including evaluating prospective students, communicating with students and their support systems, and providing clear and concise information about the school. The Chief Enrollment Officer should also be goal­ oriented, results-driven, self-motivated, and highly ethical with strong interpersonal skills to engage prospective students and families. Additionally, this role is responsible for assisting in the planning of Marketing events related to enrollment, building and maintaining respectful relationships with other departments, developing training materials, and supervising Enrollment staff members for their performance. Overall, this role is critical in the growth and success of the school. It requires a high level of responsibility and oversight and is responsible for managing both the enrollment process and the school's marketing efforts. This would include setting enrollment goals and working within the school's budget to achieve those goals while ensuring that all activities align with the school's values and mission. The role is responsible for managing staff, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns to attract prospective students. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES: •Developing and executing a strategic enrollment plan: The role is responsible for developing and executing a plan that ensures the school meets its enrollment targets. This includes setting goals and metrics, identifying target markets, and developing strategies to attract and retain students. •Managing the admissions process: The role oversees the entire admissions process, from reviewing applications to making admission decisions. They ensure that the admissions process is fair, consistent, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. •Collaborating with other departments: The role works closely with other departments such as marketing, financial aid, and academic affairs to ensure that the enrollment process is aligned with the school's overall goals and objectives. •Managing staff: The role is responsible for managing a team of admissions professionals, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and supported to achieve their goals. •Utilizing data to inform decision-making: The role should be comfortable working with data to analyze enrollment trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize the enrollment process. •Staying informed of industry trends: The role should be knowledgeable about trends in higher education and enrollment management, including changes in demographics, student expectations, and new technologies. •Communicating with students and families: The role is responsible for communicating with prospective students and their families, providing clear and concise information about the school, and answering any questions they may have about the admissions process. •Upholding the school's values: The role should ensure that all enrollment activities align with the school's values and mission and that all interactions with students and families are conducted with professionalism and integrity. •Executing a marketing strategy: The role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the school's goals and objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, developing messaging, and selecting appropriate marketing channels. •Managing the marketing budget: The role is responsible for managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired results. •Collaborating with other departments: The role works closely with other departments such as admissions, academic affairs, and student affairs to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the school's overall goals and objectives. •Utilizing data to inform decision-making: The role should be comfortable working with data to analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts. •Developing and executing marketing campaigns: The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. •Tracking and reporting on marketing performance: The role should be comfortable working with analytics tools to track and report on marketing performance, and to use that data to make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts. SKILLS: •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. •Knowledge of CRM system, Salesforce highly preferred. •Excellent presentation skills, must enjoy public speaking in front of large audiences and networking •Experience monitoring campaign results and aggregating performance data to present to leadership. •Experience with and understanding of organic search optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices. •Able to work a flexible schedule as required. •Demonstrate strong project management skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships. •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). •Ability to stay organized, prioritize, and goal-oriented while working in a fast-paced environment. •Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment. QUALIFICATIONS: •Bachelor's Degree •At least 8+ years of experience in enrollment, admission, and marketing •Higher Education background preferred.

Stat Team, Inc. is a nation-wide staffing agency seeking reliable, professional staff to administer surveys to riders on Community Transit (in and around Snohomish County). Community Transit is conducting an On-Board Rider Survey in order to collect rider trip information and rider characteristics for future planning on all fixed routes. The data collected from passengers will be used to improve public transit in the region and help improve overall transportation by using the collected data in planning and forecasting. POSITION TITLE: Surveyor JOB DESCRIPTION: Report to assigned location (bus/rail station) 15 minutes prior to departure time to sign and in receive materials (paper surveys, pens, envelopes, etc). Board assigned bus/rail and distribute surveys to all passengers riding on the bus. Collect surveys when passengers have finished and make sure they are entirely filled out. The survey questions include: • The passengers home address • Where/what type of place is the passenger coming from and where are they going. • Which stop the passenger got on at, and where they will get off during this one-way trip • If the passenger used any other buses on the trip they are taking (transfer routes). • Demographic questions relating to income, ethnicity, employment, etc. The surveys will take place on the bus meaning staff will be on buses for roughly 7-8 hours daily throughout their shift. At the end of each shift, staff will return to their location and return equipment, receive supervisor feedback, and receive a report time and location for the following day. Shift times and report locations will vary daily. REPORT LOCATIONS: Various transit centers and rail stations, including but not limited to: • Lynwood Tansit Center (Lynwood, WA) • Community Transit Hardeson Bus Garage (Everett, WA) • Everett Station (Everett, WA) • Smokey Point Transit Center (Arlington, WA) • Aurora Village Transit Center (Shoreline, WA) • Everett Station • And a few other various locations.
