What You’ll Do: Operate loaders, skid steers, plow trucks, and salt/brine trucks during snow events Inspect properties for quality, safety, and contract compliance Communicate with crews and management to resolve issues quickly Help with landscaping and equipment operation in the off-season Keep accurate logs and perform basic equipment maintenance What We’re Looking For: Experience operating snow equipment (loader, skid steer, or plow truck) Valid driver’s license Flexible availability (nights/weekends/holidays during storms) Strong work ethic and communication skills Fertilizer Applicator License is a big plus – $1,500 sign-on bonus!
