Body: We’re a small local roofing crew looking for a couple solid workers. No drama, no BS — just show up, work hard, and get paid. What You’ll Be Doing: • Helping tear off old roofs and clean up • Loading/unloading materials • Cutting, measuring, and helping install shingles or metal panels • Keeping the jobsite clean and safe • Learning the trade as you go — we’ll teach you What We Need From You: • Be reliable — show up on time and ready to work • Be able to lift at least 75 lbs • Be comfortable on ladders and roofs • Have a ride to and from the job • Stay sober and safe on the job Pay: $20–$28/hr depending on experience, reliability, and work ethic Raises come quick if you pull your weight. Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (sometimes Saturday if weather delays) Experience: No roofing experience needed — if you’ve done construction or landscaping, you’ll pick it up fast.
