Your role as a Field Technician requires the successful installation of 12v products in both light and heavy-duty vehicles. Applicants should have professional experience installing mobile electronics such as GPS equipment, cameras, etc. This position requires a reliable vehicle and tools. This role is available to applicants seeking part-time work with the possibility of full-time work in the future. Work will be available 5-7 days a week. Traveling is required as job sites will vary in location. Mileage & drive time will be compensated. Base Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour (training starts at $20 per hour) Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Prior 12-volt installation experience in mobile electronics (GPS, Dash Cameras, etc.) is required. This position reports to the Manager of Network Services and will manage all aspects of the project including vendors and consultants to achieve goals on all the network projects with an enthusiastic willingness to contribute. The Senior Network Engineer must have rich experience managing enterprise networks, architecture design, implementation, migration, and operation management, which may involve the following technologies: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network Security, Audio Visual, Voice systems, Server/Storage/Backup systems, etc. This role must be able to gather IT requirements, build and manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and create status reports. Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders and key Business users. Facilitate efficient communication across all levels of a project & stakeholders involve ensuring consistency in reaching the project's goal. Works closely with the users and technology workstreams to identify requirements. Prepares cost estimates for staff resources, vendors, consultants, hardware, and service costs (i.e. WAN, Internet, voice circuits, etc.) Develop project plans, define team deliverables, and supervise the work of various team members. Conduct all aspects of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure for projects. Manage issues, risks, change controls, and status reporting. Provide technical insights and advice to customer stakeholders for the project’s planning & execution. Support project sponsors and the team to communicate, report, and collaborate with Toyota’s counterpart departments in Japan. Applies project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.) and best practices as directed by senior management or that are most appropriate for the project. Supervises technical resources, including contingent workers, associates, and 3rd party vendor staff as appropriate. Oversee IT installations on-site (may require travel) Plans team members’ work assignments and schedules, and guides and monitors work performance. Communicates project status regularly to the management and project stakeholders. Provide decision support for project sponsors, decision-makers, and stakeholders involved in related projects. Define & maintain roadmaps detailing workstreams for continuous improvement. Prepare closing documents, and ensure smooth transitions to Operations Teams and local IS Teams Improve project performance via regular status reporting and executive reviews. Investigate specific performance issues and communicate early warning signs of risk. Enforce consistent performance reporting guidelines to make reporting efficient for stakeholders. Recognize any potential opportunities, risks, or complications at the customer side. Inform TTS-US upper management to make action plans for TTS-US to expand its business opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree  Japanese/English bilingual  3+ years of hands-on work within large-scale enterprise networking environments.  Fundamentals of Networking and demonstrated experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.  Good level understanding of TCP/IP routing and switching, along with network design best practices (CCNP Level)  Good level understanding of dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.), Network Security (Firewall, NAC, etc.), Switching topologies on both Wired/Wireless networks, and Cloud/Virtual networking. (CCNP Level)  Experience writing technical specifications is recommended.

This position is available for individuals seeking part-time work, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time. Work schedule is 5 to 7 days per week. Local travel availability is required, as installations may be at various locations. Mileage will be reimbursed. DNI/Creative IT Solutions is providing all systems administration and network engineering skill sets for the US Army's global email systems for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Install, configure, administer and maintain currently supported and subsequent versions of network offerings within a commercial cloud tenant construct. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), The contractor shall ensure all documents and reports are written and formatted properly. Monitor tenant performance utilizing cloud based monitoring and alerting software. Ensures that all projects they are supporting have the latest updates on and that government leadership is tracking any priority efforts that are not expected to meet mission timelines. The contract should be prepared to participate in high level briefings for workload they are supporting. All contractor actions must be done in accordance with official government guidelines to maintain compliance with all government policies and process. The contractor shall deliver Quality Assurance and Service Level Management project reports using Government owned data to perform and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Quality Assurance (QA) reports. The contractor shall ensure projects follow government processes for assigning, categorizing, and documenting from start to completion.
