City Farm by Silver Therapeutics is hosting a Cannabis Hiring Fair on Thursday, 10/16/25 from 12-5pm and on Friday, 10/17/25 from 12-5pm. Join our team in Roslindale, MA! Responsibilities: -Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to every guest by assisting with product selection, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their needs and preferences. -Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the current cannabis menu, including various strains, effects, and consumption methods. Educate customers on safe cannabis use and the benefits of different cannabis products. -Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report any discrepancies, and assist with inventory counts and product restocking. -Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales transactions comply with state laws and regulations concerning cannabis sales. Verify customer identification and adhere to all company policies and procedures. -Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all displays are attractive and that the store operates efficiently. -Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve sales goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications: -Must be 21 years of age or older. -High school diploma or equivalent; some college or cannabis industry training preferred. -Previous experience in a retail or customer service role; experience in a cannabis retail environment is a plus. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively. -Understanding of cannabis products and industry regulations. -Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. -Must be able to lift 50lbs.
