Marketing & Promotions Specialist (Digital + Field) Location: Jacksonville, FL | Type: Full-Time | Salary: $40,000 – $48,000 annually (includes bonuses, depending on experience) About Us: GotBrakes is a fast-growing mobile brake service changing how people think about car care. We’re not just fixing brakes — we’re building a movement in Jacksonville and beyond. With wrapped vans, billboards, and a bold brand, we’re looking for a hands-on marketer who can grow with us. The Role: This isn’t your average desk marketing job. You’ll manage both our online presence and real-world promotions. One day you might be running Facebook/Instagram ads or posting TikToks. The next, you might be out putting up branded yard signs, dropping flyers at events, or networking at a car meet. What You’ll Do: Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Run local ads, boost posts, and optimize for SEO. Post weekly in 50+Facebook groups, Craigslist, and other free/low-cost platforms. Place and manage branded yard signs, flyers, and door hangers. Attend local events to represent the brand (with a GotBrakes shirt provided). Track campaign results and bring creative new ideas. Attend B.N.I. meeting, Jax Chamber Events, and Connect with local Influencers Drive at least 100 new Google Reviews every month through marketing initiatives and customer engagement. What We’re Looking For: Comfortable with both digital marketing AND in-person promotions. Experience with Canva, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Pages/Groups. Strong creative eye for video, photo, and social media content. Reliable transportation to handle local marketing drops. Positive, outgoing personality — not afraid to talk to people. Self-starter who loves variety and being part of a fast-moving team. Knows Jacksonville like back of hand. Influencers and high traffic areas.
