Description

Adult female with cerebral palsy is looking for a reliable female swim provider to assist her in the pool two days per week at the MJCC (Mittleman Jewish Community Center). Because of her disability, she cannot swim independently or right herself in the water. She uses an aqua jogger, bar, and noodle for support. Training will be provided. Responsibilities: You are responsible for all aspects of support and safety in the pool. Adult’s caregiver will handle all needs outside the pool. Requirements: Must be reliable, consistent, and have good communication. Swimming experience with an adult who has physical disabilities. Covid Vaccinated, CPR/First Aid Reliable Own transportation Up to date background check At least a days notice of absence. Schedule: Two days a week, September through May.
