This role is hands-on, deeply personal, and designed to make a real difference in someone’s life. 🌿 All Things ADL (Activities of Daily Living): Providing support with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance. You’ll also help with mealtime prep, safe feeding, and encouraging healthy routines—all while ensuring dignity and respect are at the center of care. 🎉 Adventures and Outings: Supporting members in the community—whether it’s a walk in the park, grocery shopping, attending appointments, or grabbing ice cream. You’ll make sure activities are safe, enjoyable, and accessible. 🧠 Life Skills and Confidence Building: Teaching and modeling skills like cooking simple meals, practicing money management, following step-by-step instructions, and strengthening social cues. She has job she walks to on Tue, Wed, Thur from 10:15 to 1:45. She goes to different groups Mon and 2 Fridays a month. Walks to zumba and back every Thur evening. She is a happy fit (5'6" 128lbs) person. She loves music, live plays, dancing, involved with Special Olympics, Portland Parks and Rec, goes over overnight to Kiwanis camp once a year. She can be left alone for couple hours or more. She can get in the apartment by herself. This is not an eyes on all the time. She can watch tv alone and has a computer. Must be female.
