Inclusion Inc, a nonprofit support services brokerage, is currently accepting résumés for Personal Agents (PAs) to complete our team. PAs provide case management and coordination of services for adults with disabilities living in their own homes. In addition to assessing disability-related needs, connecting customers to resources to meet those needs, and overseeing the delivery of services, PAs also help customers identify desired outcomes to enrich their lives. The Manager will collaborate closely with the Chief Development Officer to align major and planned giving efforts with organizational priorities, while stewarding legacy donors, cultivating new commitments, and managing the Jean Wade Legacy Society. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of nonprofit experience with expertise in individual and major gift fundraising, including a proven record of securing five- and six-figure gifts.
