GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to join our dynamic sales team. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be willing and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position requires: • Proven track record of success in outside sales, ideally with at least 2-5 years of experience in an Account Executive role or similar sales position. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with key stakeholders. • Excellent negotiation, closing, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize competing tasks effectively. • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to manage complex sales processes. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
