Private room for rent Hey, I am the mother of a Cal Poly student who is trying to sublet her room for Fall Quarter 2025 while she is abroad. The private room is in a large 17 bedroom house with many other fellow Cal Poly students and is located by the train station and the adorable Sally Lou's Cafe. You would be paying $1220 and around $65 for utilities. This house is a great deal given the beautiful, renovated state of the home, its balcony, and a spacious backyard. The house will also have cleaners for the shared spaces and comes furnished; however, the room itself is unfurnished. :) The lease would be from August 2025-December 2025.
