We are an adult, professional, couple, drink but do not smoke, binge watch streaming but not reality tv, drink coffee on the porch on the weekend. We like to go see live music, walk in the hills, play games with friends. We are basically clean and share the chores. There's room to garden, if you want to grow vegetables or flowers.
