$1,000 / 2br - 1300ft2 - Private Room For Rent (Laguna Lake Area)

Looking for a roommate (ideally another girl) to take over a year lease that goes through May of 2026. The bedroom will be completely unfurnished but the shared spaces are already furnished - living room and kitchen as shown in the photos. The bathroom is the "guest bathroom" but is essentially all yours. A deposit of $1500 and an application will be required. Additional utilities are internet and electricity split evenly 2 ways - approximately $150-200 each month. No pets please. (1 cat lives here) There is a bus stop about 5 minute walking distance as well as grocery store, coffee shop, cvs, etc. Laguna lake park is also about a 10 minute walk. A little about me: I am a recent Cal Poly graduate and am currently working at a restaurant before starting my professional career. I'm pretty laid back, but also like to keep the place decently clean and organized. I like to cook when I can and also like to host girls nights a few times a month, so am hoping to find someone okay with having people around.
