$915 / 2br - 110ft2 - Pvt Room shared kitchen/bath w/ Pvt side gate entrance (Downtown San Luis Obispo)

Private room available in 2br apartment with separate Pvt side gate entrance and Ring security. 2 min walk to downtown with washer and dryer in the unit. Shared bathroom/kitchen and backyard. It was setup as 2 studios like 10 yrs ago. (Utilities are not included and is NOT furnished- furniture in the pic is just so you can get an idea on the size.) PG&E, SLOGAS, Garbage, water and internet split 50/50 monthly. Looking for a mature, responsible professional that has an active lifestyle and is looking for a place to sleep basically. This is not a party house at all. (No drunks or drugs.. 420 ok). Must have at least 2 professional references and have proof of income- at least 3X the monthly rent- THE ROOM IS AVAIL JULY 1ST- SEPT 31st month to month until my old roommate returns in OCTOBER. This is for 1 PERSON ONLY. Overnight guests are ok occasionally on weekends but not more than a few times a month. I wake up at 5am during the week so If you work late nights it’s not going to work. The room is 10 x 11 with a decent closet and two windows and freshly painted. A little bit about me- I am in my early 40s. I am a friendly, outgoing, working professional that is easy to get along with I am told, but i appreciate time to myself as well. I have a 4yr old American Bulldog/ red nose pitbull that is protective, playful and sweet so you have to be ok with a dog. He keeps a watchful eye on his house which is useful downtown with all the park traffic. He is a 85lb lap dog essentially or thinks he is at least. (Only 1 animal is allowed per the owners no exceptions). I love poker, golf and the outdoors so i am gone a lot when not working. I don't drink unless i am on vacation or something but i do not care if you do. I work 10-12 hr days and had a bad experiences with previous roommates who claimed to barely drink and that was not the case ... so i try to be clear this is not a party house. I have been living here with my best friend for 5yrs before she had to move to LA for work earlier last year. Looking for someone responsible and drama free until she returns in a few months.
