About us: Housemates are 2 male Cal Poly students, mid-late 20's, and a cat. We are sports minded, respectful of study time, enjoy outdoors, movies, conversation and gaming+. The perfect roommate: Similar to us: Mature, chill-drama free, male college student, 4th/5th+yr, tidy-must do some chores. Business: Move in Aug 1 (maybe Sep 1). $900 mo-to-mo + security deposit+ shared utilities (your share range between aprox. $90-$200). Must be okay with, a cat, the Landlord stopping by weekly w/notice-takes care of the cat-who doesn't like other animals. Must have: Good rental references, meet income requirements.
