$900 SUPER NICE ROOM WITH BIG AMENITIES (Temple Terrace)

PLEASE READ BEFORE RESPONDING My husband and I have a very nice queen-sized, fully furnished room for rent. It is for 1 person only - no exceptions. It is available now. This is a monthly rental that can be as long-term as our mutual compatibility will allow. There is a rental agreement. The room features a queen-sized bed with linens, pillows, and a quilt. There is a large nightstand, a writing table and chair, a large flat-screen television, and hardwood floors. Your bedroom also has a remote-controlled, lighted ceiling fan. There is an additional dressing room with a closet located in your room. In the dressing room, there is a large armoire with lots of drawer space. The rent is all-inclusive. This includes utilities (electricity and water), a full-sized refrigerator located in the garage, a smaller refrigerator and microwave upstairs near your room, kitchen privileges, washer/dryer, Verizon Fios 500/500 Mbps fiber-optic Wi-Fi, Firesticks with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, and use of the pool. My husband and I will not tolerate ANY DRAMA, DRUGS, FIREARMS, OR EXCESSIVE DRINKING. We do not allow guests in our home. We prefer that you have a history of longevity in a full-time job, own a car, and possess a valid driver's license and registration. However, we will consider others under certain circumstances that do not fit these requirements. We have two dogs. Lucy and Benny. Benny is a mixed-breed Collie/St. Bernard. Lucy is an Australian Shepherd. Our tenant needs only to be dog-tolerant. They are VERY friendly, but are NOT allowed in your living quarters. They live in our space in the back of the house. A $300 fully refundable deposit is required before moving in. The deposit will be refunded if your room and bathroom are left neat and clean when you leave.
