I am looking for a roommate in July ( possibly in June). The bedroom is on the second floor and has a shared bathroom. A window is facing the little wild park. Rent is 895 per month, Plus 1/3 Utilities and WiFi. I will ask to pay for your first and last month in advance. $600 security deposit security deposit You will have an easy parking on the driveway. You will be sharing the space with a female and male professionals . We are quiet, friendly and take a good care of the house.
