The room is the master bedroom in a 2bd, 1ba single family historic home that has been painstakingly restored and consciously renovated. The room is currently furnished, but can be unfurnished if needed. The bedrooms are private, not shotgun style. The house is well-insulated with super energy efficient mini-split AC's. Other delights include a clawfoot tub, a gas stove, a yard with a shaded patio and fire pit, privacy fence, and great location near the the Lafitte Greenway, Bayou St. John, a plethora of grocery options, and Mid City Zen/LHA.
