It has water views. The monthly amount includes electric, gas heat, internet, water, trash. My home has a home security system and outdoor cameras. Lease is month to month. No long term commitments. This set up is perfect for out of town business professionals and Travel nurses. Currently 2 roommates upstairs. Refundable $150 security deposit if no rent is due , 30 day notice, and no damage.
