Does the perfect housemate / companion actually exist? She seems as elusiive as the Mythical Unicorn... Of course, perfection is a bit subjective, right? So what's my idea of perfect? And what's yours!? Are you a clean, moderately sane, non smoker? Into fitness/health, music, gardening but also binge watching Dr. Who, Everything Star Wars, Marvel and Star Trek??? Im a slightly nerdy, Martial Arts Instructor, Musician and father of 3 amazing kids. Im living in a sweet little house on Old Bainbridge rd with my adult,kid and their partner. The kids are moving out in the next few months and I'm looking for the perfect companion to share rent (and life) with ... Your share of the rent will be $500 and includes utilities. The house sits on a fantastic acre lot with pear trees & herb garden. Landlords own and live in a second home on the property and they have 5 very friendly dogs so, you need to be a dog person. *To be completely clear, I'm looking for someone interested in sharing a room in this home with me. Yes, it's a housing offer, shared rent, but I'm looking for MORE than a roommate... Whether your looking for housing and the idea of a companion as an added feature turns your head, or you're looking for a companion and a possible live in arrangement sounds nice, I'm looking for both, package deal... I like to cook (sometimes) and I make stellar coffee. Id love to join your morning yoga routine. I'd love for you to join my Kung-Fu class 4 nights a week. I have more than 800 movies in the video library. Netflix, Disney+, CBS All Access, HBO... Star Wars, Star Trek, Dr. Who... Lots of noise from the music room every weekend... I am picky and I'm in no rush. It's important that BOTH parties are comfortable and happy with the arrangement so there will need to be some time to get to know each other before we 'move in' together... Whether that's a week or a month depends on both our comfort levels.... An appropriate connection between us is very important. Ad says available July 30 but there is flexibility there.
