$1,200 Room in Beach House

Hi. We are looking for a third roommate to fill a private room in our house near the beach in Shell Beach, CA. August 1st move in date. You would need to get approved by the property management company. The lease is for one year. The house has 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen, backyard, garage with laundry. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, across the street from the ocean. It's a 5-minute walk to nature trails, 5-minute walk to Beachcomber Park/beach access and a 5-minute walk to pickleball/tennis/basketball courts. It's a short drive to shops and restaurants. Rent would be $1050/month plus utilities ($150/month). You will have your own room and share a bathroom with a friendly, clean housemate in her late 20s (me). The room could be furnished with a bed if you wanted. The house is fully furnished, and we keep it clean and tidy. My roommate is in his early 30s, works M-F 9-5ish. He also has a friendly, playful 3-year-old dog. The lease allows for one dog only. You: Respectful, friendly, clean, keeps busy, likes dogs. Absolutely no drugs or partying.
