We're in need of Local Delivery Drivers and non-driver Co-Pilots to help us meet the growing demand for residential and retail deliveries throughout San Luis Obispo County. Our trucks are pre-loaded—drivers can hit the road and focus on safe, efficient deliveries. ________________________________________ JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Final Mile Local Delivery Drivers and co-pilots are responsible for completing daily deliveries of furniture, appliances, and large items throughout San Luis Obispo County. Drivers operate pre-loaded box trucks, making multiple stops to deliver and place items in customers' homes or businesses. This position requires physical strength, a professional attitude, with an emphasis on customer service, and a strong attention to detail. ________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for driving insurance • Must have a clean DMV record (driving position only) • Prior delivery, moving, or customer-facing experience is a major plus • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Must be reliable, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic • Mechanically inclined – good with basic tools • Physical ability to lift and move large furniture and appliances • These physical activities are essential to the job: standing, walking, lifting, carrying heavy items, pushing, bending, and reaching • Pre-employment background check and drug screening required • Zero-tolerance for substance use including marijuana ________________________________________ HOW TO APPLY: Respond to this post or give our office a call to set up an interview.
