Senior Dog in need of new home (Nipomo)

This is Baxter. His owners passed away in February and in May. He's about 13 years old. Rat terrier, can't kill a rat, wouldn't hurt a fly. Loves to give kisses, he's a very loving dog. Crate trained. Excellent lap dog. Neutered. Probably not good with kids, could possibly be ok around other dogs his size, unsure. Sleeps a lot. Medical issues: has a lump growing on his back leg that does not seem to bother or hurt him but whoever takes new ownership will need to visit a vet for proper diagnosis, as we don't have the means to do so at this time.
