Location: Broward and Miami-Dade Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Pay: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour (depending on experience and position) Bcool Lawn Maintenance is hiring personnel with proven experience in garden maintenance and tree pruning to join our professional, punctual, and committed team. We have vacancies available for two positions: 🌱 1. Garden Maintenance Specialist Pay: $16.00 – $17.50/hour Responsibilities: Lawn mowing, edging, blowing, and weeding. General maintenance of green areas. Safe operation of trimmers, blowers, and other tools. Teamwork to complete daily routes. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in gardening. Own transportation and valid driver's license. Basic Spanish (English is a plus). Good physical condition and responsible attitude. 🌳 2. Tree Trimmer Pay: $18.00 – $23.00/hour Responsibilities: Aesthetic and sanitary pruning of trees of different heights. Use of saws, ladders, chipper, and (if applicable) boom truck. Identification of risks and safe execution of work. Occasional assistance with gardening tasks. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in tree pruning. Knowledge of heavy equipment (chipper, saws, boom truck is a plus). Valid driver's license. Punctual, responsible attitude focused on details. ✅ We offer: Competitive weekly pay.
