Who We are Looking For: We know that cleaning isn’t rocket science, but it does require consistent excellent attention to detail, our service is our product, and we enforce the best standards every day. We are looking to hire a hard-working individual to grow our company with. You will be working on homes doing the normal house cleaning responsibilities which may include scrubbing kitchen fixtures, vacuuming, mopping floors, and folding blankets, you name it. We have a training process where you will learn side by side with the owner the Scrub Jay standard of cleaning. To be successful in this role, you will communicate well, be consistent in your work, have great attention to detail, and you should love to see the transformation of your work - if you’re an instant-gratification type of person this is a great role for you. At times you will work with a crew member when cleaning larger houses. Ultimately, a top-performing house cleaner should be able to complete all tasks to the homeowner’s satisfaction within a given time. Responsibilities: • Communicate with homeowners and address their cleaning needs • Respond to homeowners' questions or complaints in a professional manner. • Inform homeowners of any accidents that may occur during the course of cleaning. • Clean bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks. • Scrub and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances. • Dust ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs. • Spot clean doors and frames. • Vacuum and mop all types of flooring. • Clean windows (as needed) House Cleaner Requirements: • Great communication skills • Be a good person that loves SLO county • The ability to follow instructions. • The ability to adapt to changing schedules. • Excellent customer service skills. • Punctual and reliable. • Reliable Transportation
