Building Maintenance Worker Salary: $4,304.76 - $5,232.18 Monthly Located in Sacramento, CA. This is a continuous filing exam. Minimum Qualifications: One year of experience in general building maintenance or in the maintenance and minor repair of machinery, appliances and electric motors, preferably in an institutional setting.
