Small Practice Space Available (East Williamsburg/Bushwick)

Slot available in our practice space, located a few blocks from the Montrose Ave L train. Space is small but comfortable - good for 1-3 people max. Looking for person/band who wants a fixed weekly time slot (occasional room for flexibility but this is not open calendar access). The room includes a shared basic PA with two speakers, mic stands, mics and mic cables, basic 4-piece drum kit, and bass amp. Space is available to store your own amp, guitar, or other moderately sized musical equipment. If you are looking to store larger drums, please reach out with specifics. Weekdays before 6 pm: $150.00 per month for a set 10 hours max per week (Mon-Fri available), between 11:30 am and 5:30 pm Early morning Saturday and Sunday 7 am - 10:00 am: $90.00 per month Nights (Mon, Wed, Friday, Sunday), 6 pm onward: $175.00 per month for one night weekly; two nights weekly $250/month; $165/month for one night weekly if it is either Monday or Wednesday The room is an interior room with no windows. It has an upright air conditioner and a heating system. Close to the elevator. No smoking/vaping anywhere in the room or building. First month plus last month/security needed to secure spot.
