We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. We are an Import/Export company-in business for over 25 years. Looking for a serious candidate ready to work long term. Key Responsibilities: -Answer and manage multi-line phone system professionally -Provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone -Perform general administrative tasks: filing, data entry, scheduling, email correspondence -Assist with errands, deliveries, or off-site tasks as needed -Maintain organized records and office systems -Support management with daily operations -familiar with sales -Quick learner -Invoicing -Marketing -Customer Service Requirements: -Strong organizational and time management skills -Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Must be dependable, punctual, and resourceful -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (willingness to travel) -Working in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: -Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role -Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required -Familiarity with QuickBooks system ** please email resume to careerroyalvisionintl@gmail.com
