Are you an outgoing, creative professional looking to launch or grow a career in marketing, real estate, or brand development? New Home Star, partnering with Maronda Homes, is seeking a Brand Ambassador to elevate Maronda’s presence across the Central Florida region. In this full-time role, you’ll lead strategic marketing initiatives across Central Florida, including brand positioning, community engagement planning, and digital strategy development. This role will guide marketing execution while evaluating ROI, partnership potential, and outreach effectiveness This is a high-visibility, mobile role with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, grassroots marketing, and digital content creation. You’ll work directly with both New Home Star and Maronda teams to help boost traffic to new home communities and grow the division’s brand presence online and in the field. Why New Home Star? Responsibilities Serve as the face of Maronda Homes throughout Central Florida (Orange, Osceola, Lake, and Polk Counties). Visit local real estate offices, brokerages, and events to build rapport and generate referrals. Create and post engaging Instagram and TikTok content to highlight communities, events, and brand messages. Independently develop and oversee marketing campaigns and community initiatives. Evaluate campaign outcomes and make recommendations for market optimization and resource allocation. Deliver signage, swag, and collateral to model homes and realtor offices as needed. Provide support at model homes and corporate offices when needed, assisting the sales or operations teams. Analyze engagement data, social media trends, and realtor outreach outcomes to influence brand strategy and marketing resource planning. Travel across assigned counties using a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided. Requirements Must live in or be able to commute across Orange, Osceola, Lake, or Polk County. Comfortable working full-time with occasional evenings or weekends for special events. Self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience designing and executing digital strategies across social platforms, including campaign targeting, audience engagement, and performance analysis. Experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or real estate is strongly preferred. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma required; some college or related coursework preferred.
