I've got a simple 2 bedroom apartment in a townhouse block that I'm looking to keep occupied while I'm out of Tucson adventuring. I live alone and have the place setup as a bedroom and office. I'm looking for a tenant for two or three months until I return around Nov 1. The sublet length is negotiable and I can prorate to your needs. The location is pretty useful for getting around town by bicycle or car, and also just removed enough to offer tranquility. There are some transit options and a large commercial strip in a 10 minute walk, and the University of Arizona is only a mile south. The rent includes all utilities. gas, electric, water and wifi (250 mbps down). I'm looking to sublet to people who understand the adventuring life. I care about my neighbors and this apartment. This posting will be deleted when I have found a candidate. I would appreciate an introduction and context for why you're looking to sublet when reaching out as well. There will be a $500 deposit as well, refunded upon your departure.
