Requirements Master's or Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years experience in system design and integration, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Strong understanding of optical, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles. Proficiency in systems engineering methodologies, control systems design, and modeling/simulation tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience with project management methodologies and tools, as well as product lifecycle management. Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve complex engineering challenges.
