Do you want to try a job on a farm in the farm stand in one of the most beautiful places on the North Shore Smolak Farms is a 300 year old family farm located in the NorthEast corner of Massachusetts about 25 miles North of Boston and minutes from the New Hampshire border. Job Description: * Assistant Managers for a busy year round Season * Setting the schedule and tracking budgets * Working at a job that is fun and constantly changing * A positive attitude working with the best farm team * Managing to help customers and expediting the flow of customers * Stocking and displaying products and merchandise * Daily oversight of displays and product restocking * Woking at the Ice Cream Stand * Flexible hours Job Requirements/Qualifications: - Great and positive attitude - Attention to detail - Must be detail oriented - Has the ability to work with others and independently Retail Experience necessary! Subject to CORI/SORI Schedule for work is variable with some weekend days required Daily oversight of the farm stand operations This is a full time position depending on the position The schedule varies and includes weekends and some holidays Helping set schedules for all employees Smolak Farms is an equal opportunity employer.
