BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) - Adult Day Program - IDD (Culver City)
REPORTS TO: Program Director JOB SUMMARY: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will develop, implement, and oversee behavior support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within WCP's vocational training program. The BCBA will provide behavioral assessments, intervention plans, and staff training to support clients in achieving vocational success and community integration in alignment with Work Creation Program's mission.
