We are seeking a candidate with proven bindery experience. We have a fairly extensive set of equipment for our in-house bindery. Equipment you would be expected to run at different times include: - Cutters - Folders - Booklet makers In addition to running the equipment, you will: - Perform routine maintenance, or identify when a problem requires a service technician - Maintain a cleanly work environment - Ensure quality standards are met through the course of the job - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery

Individual capable of operating a saw to reduce blinds and profiles down to specific sizes. Individual must be able to read instructions and follow them. Must be able to read a tape measure. Must safely operate equipment. Able to assist in production issues that arise in day to day operations. Spanish speaking okay.

Your Responsibilities: As a racking/fixturing technician of aerospace/defense machined components, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -preparing parts that require chemical processing. · Inspecting, counting, and racking parts at the beginning of the processing line and cross training for basic level un-racking and packaging of parts after chemical process · Collaborate and communicate with various departments with regard to the shipment and receipt of parts and supplies. · Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. Immediate opening for an aggressive Shear Operator. We are looking for a self-motivated team player for young fast-growing company. Qualified candidates must have knowledge of the metal fabrication and welding industry. Qualifications and Education Requirements: • Minimum 1-year experience in the metal fabrication industry • Experience setting up and running Shear • Knowledge of tool selection based on the part being manufactured. • Knowledge of calculating sizes using material bend allowance • Ability to read & understand design drawings • Able to inspect using calipers, height gauge, square and tape measure. • Knowledge of fraction decimal equivalents. Ex ¼=.250, 5/8=.625 • Must be able to hold high-tolerances on all work. • Must be able to work with a minimum level of supervision. • Experience driving forklift. We are looking for skilled press brake operators to join our team. We offer steady work, the opportunity to work with different types of machines. What you’ll do: • Set up your machine's tooling, upload build program, etc. to create parts according to assigned work orders and help newer operators set up their machines. • Monitor quality and watch for out-of-tolerance parts, poor finishes, and damaged or worn tooling. Remove debris from tools and equipment to limit damage or defects. • Remain flexible and rotate to different areas or machines needed. • Actively participate in Lean process improvement efforts. • Be on-time for every scheduled shift - reliable attendance is a must! Desired Skills & Abilities: • At least 2 years’ experience as a press brake operator. • Experience reading and interpreting work orders and build programs. • Experience using specialized measuring tools including digital calipers and height gauges. • The ability to safely and regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. while standing or walking on concrete for your full shift.
