We are a local, family-owned company seeking experienced industrial custodian to keep us clean and tidy. Overview We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. Responsibilities: Performs general, routine custodial duties in office and industrial plant. Operates floor scrubber. Operates airwands Performs exterior seasonal tasks. Assists with office/production rearrangement. Will be trained to operate forklift as needed to empty trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are shipped on time and in accordance with company policies. This includes packing items securely, labeling packages correctly, and verifying the accuracy of orders before they are shipped. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, be able to lift heavy items, and have a strong attention to detail. Must have strong computer skills with ERP experience. Responsibilities: Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and other vehicles. Pack goods for shipment in accordance with company standards. Create BOL's. Ensure that all shipments are properly labeled and documented. Maintain records of shipments, including weight, size, and destination. Inspect shipments for accuracy and completeness.
